Who is this for?
Whether you are looking to build confidence in yourself, or you want to understand more about confidence to support others to become more self-assured, this course will be incredibly helpful.
Course content
Confidence is a vital ingredient for success, high performance and happiness. Everything, from meeting new people to doing a great job at work, takes a certain amount of confidence. As a confident person, you are likely to feel happier, experience better relationships, encounter less internal conflict, experience more energy, and achieve your desired goals.
Without confidence life can become difficult; you may struggle to live your best life and you may miss out on opportunities. A lack of confidence can be life limiting but it does not have to be that way. Confidence is a state of mind and by understanding what confidence is, where it comes from and what you can do to increase your confidence levels (and maintain them), you can begin to live a richer, fuller life and experience less stress, anxiety, and insecurity.
This virtual programme will provide you with tools and models to help you increase your confidence and presence at work and home. It’s interactive and provides a safe and supportive environment so you can explore and experiment with different techniques to feel more positive, optimistic and resilient.
At the end of the programme, you will create your own personal development plan, which will identify the key learnings you want to incorporate into your life and the best way you can set about making changes.
