Course content

Being able to let go and delegate tasks to others can be one of the toughest leadership decisions and responsibilities. All too often we end up “just doing it ourselves” …we may tell ourselves we are likely to do a much better and quicker job or that we can ill afford the time it will take to explain to someone or train them how to do the task. The consequence of not letting go is enormous as leaders feel overwhelmed by their workload. Tasks may become half-finished or lacking in quality and their teams may feel undervalued and demotivated as they are eager and willing to step up and take on more responsibility and are not getting that precious opportunity.
