Who is this for?
This workshop aims to address the numerous ways in which we are accountable to drive conscious inclusion, within our teams, our wider organisation, and ourselves.  It will help us to recognise where we impact our own, and others’ success, and will provide us with the techniques to challenge. Using real-world examples, discussion and personal reflection, the workshop will be interactive to enable everyone to share their stories or challenges. Delegates will leave with the ability to develop greater confidence in supporting and managing inclusivity, understanding of the cultural drivers for the barriers that hold us back, and practical skills to leverage diversity, the sense of belonging and genuine equity as a driver for the continual success of their organisation.
Course content
We are all different and we achieve our sense of belonging through shared purpose, authentic equity and a demonstrable focus on conscious inclusion; changing behaviours, processes and practices that reduce this consciousness or allow it to thrive. The creation of psychological safety at work means that everyone both has a voice, and can use that voice to effect change, irrespective of their differences.
