Who is this for?
For anyone who would like to raise awareness of how any conscious and unconscious biases may be acting as a barrier to create an inclusive workplace and will provide us with the techniques to challenge these in ourselves and others.
Course content
This workshop aims to address the numerous unconscious biases that we all carry, and that act as barriers to real inclusion.  It will help us to recognise where our conscious and unconscious biases may be impacting our own, and others’ success, and will provide us with the techniques to challenge these in ourselves and others. Using real-world examples, discussion and personal reflection, the workshop will be interactive to enable everyone to share their stories or challenges. Delegates will leave with the ability to develop greater confidence in supporting and managing inclusivity, understanding of the cultural drivers for bias and practical skills to leverage diversity and inclusion as a driver for the continual success of their organisation.
