Course content

This is a personal performance and emotional wellbeing programme for anyone who is at the “menopausal” phase of their life, or anyone supporting someone at this stage within a team and business. For some going through the menopause, we find ourselves feeling “the effect” of the varying emotional and physical symptoms that we are experiencing. We find ourselves pulled in many directions by all the different responsibilities and roles we have to play in life.

Many people in business want to make a real difference and have a meaningful impact. yet, at a certain point in our life and career, we find ourselves struggling to create the results we want both at home and at work leaving us feeling frustrated, unfulfilled, and stressed. If we are leaders or experienced in our careers, we can feel like we are supposed to have all of the answers, create certainty for others at work and at home which can increase the sense of pressure we feel.

This workshop explores the idea that going through the menopause does not have to be a struggle. We will help you rediscover and reconnect with your “calm centre” where you can always access your wisdom, creativity and inner peace, and from this place create a better experience of life and work. Talking with authenticity and sometimes humour about this subject (which is often seen as “taboo”) will help “de dramatize” the journey that we are on. We will also be offering practical tools and advice to create new habits that will empower you to glide gracefully through this phase. Anyone who attends will have access to shared experience and their own insights to enhance their ability to embrace and enjoy this time of their life and career.
