This workshop is for anyone who manages a team and would like to increase the effectiveness of their performance management processes and tools.
Course content
We will be focusing on creating the foundations for performance conversations. Just like we build houses on concrete foundations, our performance management activities need to be based on strong foundations to move them from ‘tick box exercises’ to worthwhile, best performance inspiring events which means the time we spend with our people adds maximum value.
By taking the time to create our team’s foundations and learning how to have the most difficult of conversations, we can set our people up to win and support them to be their ‘best and most successful selves’.
