This workshop is for anyone who manages a team and would like to increase the effectiveness of their performance management processes and tools.
Course content
In this workshop we focus on creating the foundations for performance conversations with teams. Just like we build houses on concrete foundations, our performance management activities need to be based on strong foundations to move them from ‘tick box exercises’ to worthwhile, performance influencing events.
The purpose of performance management is to facilitate people to experience success and growth so having a meaningful context and strong foundations for these conversations is vital to ensure they are value adding.
