Course content

This workshop has been specifically designed to support anyone that would like to improve their time management skills.


For many people, working remotely is new (and unexpected). For some, it has been difficult to adapt to working in a different way and they have experienced a higher level of demand on their time. Without high levels of awareness and discipline boundaries between our work and personal lives can become blurred and this can lead to stress and feelings of overwhelm.


You will be introduced to concepts that enable you to better manage your time, acknowledge your constraints and create clarity on how to better organise and prioritise your diary in order to move forward productively and successfully.
