Being a leader of people is a great responsibility and the need for great leaders has never been more important. With the fast changing and often volatile environments many of us work in today, the ability to continually develop our people leadership skills is vital for not only our personal wellbeing and success, but for the wellbeing and success of our people and the future growth of our organisations. 

It is estimated that around 1 in 7 people (more than 15% of people in the UK) have neurodevelopmental differences. Source: Autism Toolbox 2022.  Working from the fundamental principle that none of us are ever done learning, this 3-hour workshop gives experienced Leaders an opportunity to learn more about a complex subject.
