Course content
Being promoted to your first management position is extremely exciting and at the same time, can be one of the most challenging periods in your career. The transition from employee to Manager is a steep learning curve and everything from establishing yourself as a strong but approachable leader to doing your own work and also managing a team efficiently can be overstretching and stressful for some.
The aim is to become an effective Manager as quickly as possible and this requires new skills, a change in your work relationships, how you spend your time, what you focus on and how you see yourself and your role.
