Who is this for?
In this nutrition 2 hour virtual workshop we will learn what happens to the body when we are low in energy, and uncover its many signs and symptoms. We will also discover ways to help support energy processes through nutrients and lifestyle modifications. So that you can provide the body with the tools it needs to make more energy and perform optimally.

We will also analyse ‘Anna’s’ diet and lifestyle diary. Giving you a chance to uncover more detail about how our everyday lives (the foods we eat and the things we do) can positively and negatively impact our energy and performance. Using this knowledge, we will create an energy-friendly nutrition and lifestyle plan, creating energy-abundant meals to help boost your energy and performance every day.
