Who is this for?

This 2-hour virtual nutrition workshop looks at how to support the body’s immune system with nutrient and lifestyle factors that promote healing and boost immunity.  We will uncover the science behind what the immune system is, what impact having low immunity means to us, and tools we can implement to boost it.


We will also meet ‘Max’ and look at his diet and lifestyle diary.  This will provide us with an insight into how our everyday lives (the food we eat and the things we do) can either support or dampen our immunity. With this understanding of how the immune system works and how to support it, we will develop a nutrition and lifestyle plan, including designing immune-boosting meals
