Who is this for?

In this nutrition workshop, we look at how to adopt tools to support the body with all the nutrient and lifestyle factors that can help your body protect itself from the harmful effects of stress.   We will look at the science behind what happens to your body during times of stress. You can better identify when your body is telling you it is struggling and you can then do something positive about it.


We will also look at ‘Joes’ diet and lifestyle diary. This will give you a chance to discover more detail about how our everyday lives (the food we eat and the things we do) can impact stress positively and negatively. We will then put all this knowledge together to create a nutrition and lifestyle plan, including creating healthful meals to help get our mojo back and beat stress.
