Course content
This workshop will explore how our levels of connection and enjoyment in our written communications influence both the spirit in which they are sent by you and received by your clients. Communication in the workplace is increasingly done via the written word. With different perspectives, personalities and priorities it is no wonder that communicating effectively can be a challenge. Whether you are focusing on e mails, reports, presentations , this course and follow up coaching session will provide you with ideas and introduce you to habits that will ensure your writing has the impact you desire as well as leaving your clients and readers with the impression you intended. We have designed this course so that everyone can increase their personal brand and reputation through demonstrating a consistently, warm, positive and impressive “tone of voice” and have the ability to write accurately, professionally and with a clear purpose.
We will ensure that our intervention is relevant to the varied and challenging written communications your team may face and also tailoring the material to the specific role requirements and personal objectives of your team members
The 3 hour whole group workshop is followed up with a series of smaller coaching sessions which are informal in style but with a depth that will give all of the group some real moments of reflection and choice around “who” and “how” they would like to be moving forward.
