Who is this for?
This workshop is designed for anyone who would like to create positive habits and ways of thinking that will enable you to take control of your workload and experience higher levels of self-esteem and productivity.
Course content
In these unprecedented times, when most of us are having to adapt to a new way of either working or living, it is really important to understand how to manage our workload through knowing what is most important for us to achieve and in what order, in any given day. A lack of clarity in this area leads to procrastination and ultimately stress. Conversely, having a calm and clear approach to prioritising our workload and defining our boundaries so that we can manage our workload is what the most productive and focussed leaders do.
By attending this workshop, you will learn how to determine what is important and make sure that your priorities are in alignment with your business objectives. This can lead to a sense of panic and you may be tempted to make everything a high or urgent priority. This is a potential trap that we all fall into during times of change. If everything feels urgent, you will label it as so, and then everything loses its urgency and avoidance and procrastination creeps in.
