For anyone who would like to raise awareness of how any conscious and unconscious biases may be acting as a barrier to create an inclusive workplace and will provide us with the techniques to challenge these in ourselves and others.
Course content
The global pandemic created some interesting and sometimes challenging changes to how we live and work. To thrive in this new and ever-changing situation, companies must embrace, adapt and lead the change; flexing how they work, manage their teams and interact with clients in order to maintain staff engagement, client loyalty and relevance in the marketplace.
This workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to explore how the world looks now, understand the difference between a fixed and a growth mindset, how to create a "Now:Then" strategy and the key elements to consider to achieve strong relationships, teamwork and trust.
