Course content
Quarantines, lockdowns, and self-imposed isolation have pushed tens of millions of us around the world to work from home, accelerating a workplace experiment that had struggled to gain traction before COVID-19 hit. For some – working from home has been an opportunity to be more focused and productive and experience enhanced wellbeing from an improved home-work life balance. For others - homeworking has equated to increased stress and burnout from a blurring of home and work life boundaries and struggling with a style of working that doesn’t necessarily suit their personality style.
In this workshop, you will explore the behaviours that will help to positively impact your performance and productivity as a successful homeworker. You will learn practical tools and techniques to help set and maintain boundaries, navigate your independence to define your own workload and increase your agility to respond creatively to problems.
