This programme is designed to offer practical support, tips & techniques that will help participants to adopt a more assertive and constructive approach to those challenging circumstances.
Participants will also learn cutting edge techniques and learn step-by-step procedures for working with and leading those ‘difficult’ staff members with performance, behaviour, or attitude issues and to manage successfully challenging and difficult line managers, by encouraging productive conflict and eliminating destructive conflict.
