Overview

In these unprecedented times, when most of us are having to adapt to a new way of either working or living, never before has it been more important to be aware of our emotions and have an understanding of the emotional processes that others are dealing with during times of change and challenge. This will enable us to thrive and make the most of 2021 and the situations that we are coping with.

Most importantly by attending this course, you will learn how to empathise with and relate with the people you are living with and working with, be it remotely or in the same environment. The businesses that are focusing on strengthening their relationships and getting closer to their people are the ones that will thrive rather than survive 2021 and the effect that the pandemic has had on our businesses and emotional wellbeing.

This session is designed for anyone who would like an introduction to Emotional Intelligence. By attending this workshop, you will become more effective and content by understanding and taking control of your emotions and learn how to relate to other people better and create stronger relationships.
