Equipment needed:
Training room large enough to house 8 people comfortably with space for smaller group work and room to move around. Also 2 x flipcharts & paper; projector and screen please.
Each participant will need to bring an existing presentation on a laptop or ipad as this will be worked on throughout the day

Will be supplied by Cybèle including joining instructions for distribution in advance of the programme.

This programme is suitable for anyone who has to build effective presentations for diverse audiences.
Overview
A workshop designed to enable participants to enhance the impact that can be gained through the build and design of their presentations.
The day is highly interactive enabling you to review an existing presentation in a new light, taking into consideration your audiences, a structure of design and building impact in order to ensure that the presentation meets the needs of your audience and the planned objectives. You will leave with an action plan of what you intend to do differently as a result of the day and how you are going to do it.
Objectives
• Understand how to build a great and memorable presentation
• Identify different types of presentations and reasons for creating them
• Ensure that the build starts with a clear purpose for the presentation
• Use a nine stage plan to provide a systematic way of building an effective presentation
• Identify and adjust content to different audiences in order to meet their needs
• Know what techniques can be used to ‘bring messages to life’ and achieve maximum impact.
